At Cherry Grove Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Have original tags attached (if applicable)
  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Earrings and certain jewelry for hygiene reasons
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shopcherrygrove.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll work quickly to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different size or color, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
